I wanted to provide more details on the temporary drop in DAUs from one of the carriers using the @helium network and why this actually is a good signal for the long-term. As we integrate quality metrics deeper into the carrier stack, there are new algorithms for allocating wireless capacity that are getting created, modified, and updated several times during a week. It is actually very exciting and encouraging to see this level of collaboration between us and the carriers as we are charting a completely new chapter for the Telco industry. Just like anything else that is this disruptive, this comes with the price of valleys and peaks in the short-term that helps shaping the stability of the future. I am convinced that this path will inevitably and without a doubt result in a stronger, more durable and more valuable bond with the industry. @helium is conquering verticals that seemed impossible just a few months ago.
