the reality is that the anon social internet is simply not going to make it in an AI and weaponized social media world. maybe if you use zk, you can use some tricks to keep it going with official digital ID or other verification, but most won't like that either i def understand the reservations, but it's just not compatible anymore with how fast AI and bot farms have moved that said, where X fails anons, it creates an opportunity for something else but i think folks may be disappointed as sites which don't make attempts to deal with these issues at a human level will become irrelevant cess pools filled with fake content and vitriol which many have no interest in participating in

there’s def a lot of collateral damage and privacy concerns with the new account origin/location info on X but holy shit there were an awful lot of people straight up LARPing out there and running foreign political psyops 😮
