Sharing a quick TLDR from our latest Investment Banking report. The data this quarter gives a fairly clear read on where the market is heading across M&A, private markets, and public markets. M&A activity continues to pick up, with more strategic buyers leaning into integration and broader infra plays. A few things we found most notable while working through the report: - Consolidation is becoming more deliberate, not reactive. Buyers are positioning themselves to tighten their stack.
