McDonald’s vs Burger King. Apple vs Samsung. No matter how good the product of #2 is, once someone takes and cements the #1 spot, it’s almost impossible to dethrone them. Claude is a game changer for AI power users, but most of the world isn’t that. That is the harsh law of marketing. #1 often isn’t first because they have the better product. It’s because they were first to seize the #1 spot.
