My personal feelings: Generally victories are flat, muscle memory/preparation/experience, and the process is taken for granted. Similar to Sun Tzu's Art of War, victory before fighting. And gambling is very exciting, thrilling, and hormones soar. Similar to the various stages that sing with less wins more. As for whether you prefer to make a profit or gamble, it depends on whether you want a bland victory or an exciting hormone.
