I'm not disagreeing at what the end game here is, but it's worth noting the FOMC, which sets rates, normally has 12 voting members: 7 Fed Govs + NY Fed Pres + 4 other regional Fed presidents. Meaning... he might have to fire some more folks before he gets what he wants, I guess.
