I see no one has posted today, so let me share some content from @heyibinance's AMA at the @BNBCHAINZH @BNBCHAIN hackathon.
1. In the early stages, a business follows the long board theory, and in the mature stage, it follows the barrel theory.
(This corresponds to the organizational structure later on.)
2. Don’t know? Just be brave, just charge ahead, Just try, just do it, learn while doing, and conduct AB tests as you go.
If you don’t speak English, then start by daring to speak; if the CEO hasn’t done it before, then just do it and see what happens.) Extend 8)
Just take the first step, don’t look at the whole staircase.
3. Build an organizational structure like a lasting enterprise, creating a business that can operate without the CEO.
Only with organization can there be structure.
4. For startups, Don’t follow the narrative, create your own story, be the one who makes the wind.
For mature enterprises, especially industry leaders, you can look in the rearview mirror to see what the second place is doing before deciding your actions (the principle of daring to be the first in the world) sailing competition theory (see 5).
5. Regarding competition, just like in a sailing race, the first place should look at what the second place is doing and then copy their homework to maintain the lead;
The second place should look at how the first place operates and then do something different to have a chance to compete for first place. (Guess who I want to @ here)
6. Fxxk narratives - let’s earn money.
Return to the essence of business, do things that generate cash flow.
7. When doing 5 and 6, be careful not to make decisions that you can’t back out of, unless you are sure, like having a child; when doing things, leave a line, leave a choice / room for regret.
8. Regarding problem-solving (in life/career), it’s like playing cards; you will keep getting the same hand until you find the optimal solution for that stage. Many times, only a local optimal solution can lead you to the next level.
