RWA tokenization network Real Finance completed a $29 million private placement round with Nimbus Capital committing $25 million, with participation from Magnus Capital and Frekaz Group. Real Finance said it will be used to expand compliance and operational infrastructure, build a complete RWA technology stack, and plan to tokenize $500 million in real-world assets in the short term.
