Finally got to read about Google Cloud Universal Ledger (GCUL). Is it even worth comparing it to Circle's Arc, Stripe's Tempo, or any other blockchain? "Operating as a private and permissioned system, GCUL leverages Google's secure, reliable, durable, and privacy-focused technology." It feels like Google just spun up a database on their servers and decided to call it an L1. Am I missing something?
