Hayabusa introduces two major changes: ❶ Transition from Proof-of-Authority (PoA) to delegated Proof-of-Stake. ❷ Shift from Passive Rewards to a staking-based dynamic $VTHO generation. This approach is more sustainable and aligns with VeChain's future growth strategy. As a user, you want to start early and earn bonus rewards through the StarGate program while awaiting Hayabusa's launch on the Mainnet in December 2025. Here's what you need to do: ❶ Install the VeWorld wallet and maintain a $VET balance. ❷ Visit StarGate: ❸ Connect your wallet and click "New Stake." ❹ Select a Node tier (minimum 10,000 $VET for a Dawn Node, approximately $240). Note that limited slots are available for each Node's NFTs. ❺ Delegate the Node's NFTs to validators, and you're all set! A total of 5.48 billion VTHO will be distributed over six months, with 236 million VTHO already distributed.
