I used to think breaks were for people who couldn't handle the grind and which is why in my first year I didn't even take a 1 day break. In my second year on CT I realized that I can work hard for days and take a rest on Sundays and also take a 2-3 day break after every 3-4 months. This is how I'm even sharper now than when I tried pushing for months straight as my brain isn't fighting me anymore. All I've to say is the "hack" is just listening to what your body's been telling you all along.
